‘selling sunset’ star dishes season 4, real estate, + life in l.a.

What have you been up to?

Romain and I have been working and filming non-stop all year, however we were able to travel to Europe recently to visit family, enjoy a little R&R in Morocco, and also managed to do a few press appearances while in London, and Dublin as our trip coincided with the premier of Selling Sunset S4. Since the holiday break, we've jumped back into work in real estate/ construction, and now working on a few other projects for 2022 that we are excited about announcing over the next year.

How is married life?

Married life with Romain is amazing! I've honestly got the best husband, business partner, and best friend I could ever hope for.

Can you tell us how you got into the real estate industry and what made you want to be a realtor?

I began my career in real estate in 2008, starting out in the beach cities/South Bay area of LA. I've always been fascinated and drawn to looking at homes, the different architectural styles, interior design, and the vast vibes and styles unique to each neighborhood/area in LA has always intrigued me. After moving more times than I'd like to admit to, simply because I love the process of the search and exploring new areas, I finally decided to get my real estate license and make my passion my career.

How has COVID affected the job market?

The real estate market has been on fire since COVID started! Low interest rates and the stock market doing well has influenced buyer's ability and desire to invest in real estate, first time home buyer's and seasoned investors alike are taking advantage of the current interest rates. Another factor that has impacted the market is the ability for many workers to now work from home. Buyer's are looking for single-family or larger homes w/ home offices and outdoor space. Condos however took a hit. Once restrictions were lifted and building amenities re-opened, the demand for condo living has returned in LA.

Your relationships with the girls in the office are to die for! I absolutely adore the close friendship you and Chrishell have built over all four seasons. What’s it like getting to work with such an incredible group of women?

It's a dream to work with my best friends. These ladies are such strong, positive, and supportive people in my life. Everyday is entertaining and fun, I'm truly blessed to have so many amazing women in my life.

What does a self care day look like for you?

I love my infrared sauna! I recently bought one for my home, and use it frequently for the health benefits and to help reduce stress. Massages are also at the top of my list for my self-care regimen.

As a women, and an entrepreneur, what’s your best career advice?

Believe in yourself, and follow your dreams! Surround yourself with motivated and positive people, and never stop learning. Every industry is constantly changing and evolving, and knowledge is power!

You’ve mentioned this in a previous interview, but if there was one scene throughout filming you wish hadn’t aired what would it be?

The dog party in S4 for sure! There were a lot of things that happened when Christine arrived that weren't shown, and ultimately got me to that point of frustration. It looks like I just lost it when she arrived, but that wasn't the case. It's definitely the most cringe-worthy scene for me to watch myself in. The dogs had a blast though! Haha.

Since the beginning of the show we’ve seen your relationship with Christine fluctuate, and at the end of Season 4 we saw you both didn’t leave off on the greatest note. What is your relationship like now? Any hope for reconciliation in the upcoming season?

Christine and I are still at the same place unfortunately. I think S5 will provide clarity to viewers about why not only my relationship, but many of my cast mates relationships have deteriorated over the past few seasons with Christine.
